Hesap Silme
SafeKeep (yayıncı: HKSolutions) hesabınızı ve sunucudaki verilerinizi uygulamanın içinden silersiniz. Hesap isteğe bağlıdır; hiç giriş yapmadıysanız sunucuda bir hesabınız yoktur.
1. Uygulamadan silme
- SafeKeep uygulamasını açın.
- Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu izleyin ve onaylayın.
- Silme hemen başlar ve geri alınamaz; tüm oturumlarınız aynı anda kapatılır. Uygulama, sunucu silmenin tamamlandığını doğrulayana kadar durumu gösterir.
2. Uygulama artık telefonunuzda değilse
SafeKeep'i Google Play'den yeniden yükleyin ve hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresiyle giriş yapın: her e-posta adresine tek bir hesap bağlıdır, bu yüzden aynı hesaba ulaşırsınız. Ardından yukarıdaki adımlarla hesabı silin. Bunu yapamıyorsanız hesabınızın e-posta adresinden privacy@silentapp.site adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; hesabı o adresle doğrulayıp sileriz.
3. Silinenler ve kalanlar
Silinir: hesabınız, e-posta adresiniz, oturumlarınız, cihaz kayıtlarınız (açık anahtar ve bildirim kaydı dahil), aile çemberi üyeliğiniz, eşitlenmiş şifreli verileriniz ve paylaşım zarflarınız, bildirim ayarlarınız ve varsa satın alma kayıtlarınız.
Kalır: gönderdiğiniz ihbarlar tehdit verisi olarak kalır: numaranın ya da bağlantının parmak izi ve, mesaj ihbarıysa, kişisel veri kalıpları maskelenmiş mesaj metni (en fazla 512 karakter; serbest metindeki isimler tamamen maskelenmemiş olabilir). Onları size bağlayan takma kimlik rastgele bir değerle değiştirilir. Silme anında işlenmekte olan bir ihbar (birkaç saniyelik bir pencere) istisna olarak eski takma kimlikle kayda geçebilir.
4. Saklama süreleri
- Hesap verileriniz: silme onayladığınız anda başlar; genellikle birkaç dakika içinde tamamlanır. Bir sunucu geçici olarak yanıt vermezse iş otomatik olarak yeniden denenir.
- Sunucu yedekleri: veritabanı her gece yedeklenir ve her yedek 14 gün sonra silinir. Bu yüzden silinen hesabınızın kopyası en geç 14 gün içinde yedeklerden de kalkar. Yedekler yalnızca arıza kurtarma için kullanılır.
- Silme kaydı: silmenin tamamlandığını gösteren kayıt 30 gün tutulur ve sonra silinir. İş bitince bu kayıtta sizi tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi kalmaz.
- İhbarlar (tehdit verisi): süresiz tutulur. Hesabınızla bağı silinir; metinde maskelenemeyen bir isim kaldıysa metinle birlikte kalır.

Account Deletion
You delete your SafeKeep (by HKSolutions) account and its server data from inside the app. An account is optional: if you never signed in, there is no account on the server.
1. Delete in the app
- Open the SafeKeep app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
- Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone; every session is signed out at once. The app shows the status until the server confirms the deletion is complete.
2. If the app is no longer on your phone
Reinstall SafeKeep from Google Play and sign in with the e-mail address you used: each e-mail address has exactly one account, so you reach the same account. Then delete it with the steps above. If you cannot do that, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion" from your account's address to privacy@silentapp.site; we confirm the account through that address and delete it.
3. What is deleted and what stays
Deleted: your account, e-mail address, sessions, device records (public key and push registration included), family circle membership, synced encrypted data and sharing envelopes, notification settings and any purchase records.
Kept: reports you sent stay as threat data: a fingerprint of the number or link and, for a message report, the message text with personal data patterns masked (up to 512 characters; names in free text may not have been fully masked). The pseudonym that linked them to you is replaced with a random value. A report being processed at the moment of deletion (a window of a few seconds) may, as an exception, be recorded under the old pseudonym.
4. Retention periods
- Your account data: deletion starts the moment you confirm and usually completes within a few minutes. If a server is briefly unavailable, the job is retried automatically.
- Server backups: the database is backed up nightly, and each backup is deleted after 14 days. So a copy of your deleted account leaves the backups within 14 days at the latest. Backups are used only for disaster recovery.
- Deletion record: the record that shows the deletion completed is kept for 30 days, then removed. Once the job finishes, it holds nothing that identifies you.
- Reports (threat data): kept indefinitely. Their link to your account is removed; a name the masking missed stays with the text.
